Take a trip back in time during the Vintage Pittsburgh retro fair at the Heinz History Center. This fair has amazing vintage vendors offering one-of-a-kind goods, ranging from vintage clothing and accessories to vinyl records and home décor. You can enjoy delicious food from local restaurants and even make your very own retro shrinky dink. This event takes place Saturday, April 4 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Steel City Con
Celebrate the comic books you love during Steel City Con, which takes place from April 17-19 this year at the Monroeville Convention Center. This con gives you the opportunity not just to hunt for memorabilia and back issues, but also to meet some of your favorite TV and film celebrities, including Denis Lawson, Loretta Swit, Freddie Prinze Jr., and John Carroll Lynch. There will be Q&A panels, photo ops, and so much more to check out.
PurpleStride Pittsburgh 2020
On Saturday, April 18, join thousands of walkers as they raise awareness and funds for pancreatic cancer research. The PurpleStride event will take place at North Shore Riverfront Park and will meander throughout the city, giving patients, families, and friends the chance to gain both comfort and encouragement.
