Ford Credit Tops J.D. Power Customer Satisfaction Study
For the fifth time in the past six years, Ford Credit has topped the J.D. Power U.S. Consumer Financing Satisfaction Study. This proves what so many Shults Ford Wexford customers already know — that Ford Credit makes it easy to own that dream vehicle you’ve always wanted.
Ford Credit topped the Customer Satisfaction Index Ranking for mass-market automakers with a total score of 867 out of 1,000. J.D. Power determines that score based on five key factors: account management, application and approval, billing and payment, customer orientation, and customer service experience.
Among those five factors, Ford Credit earned the highest customer satisfaction scores for account management, communication, and billing and payment. Ford also tots the fact that Ford Credit worked to ensure that superior customer satisfaction throughout the pandemic as well as the ongoing semiconductor chip shortage.
“The results show our efforts to improve our digital experiences, including adding flexibility for customers to manage their accounts and make payments, are delivering the ownership experience our customers want,” said Ford Credit Executive Vice President Craig Carrington.
